Ink in water. Edges bleed along a drifting current.
Line up a few portraits. Morph finds the eyes, lips and jaw of every face, then warps and dissolves each one into the next: one continuous black-and-white film.
Start morphing478 landmarks per face (brows, lids, lips, jaw) are located in your browser with an on-device model.
Every face is rotated and scaled so the eyes sit on the same line, then the points are triangulated into a mesh of about a thousand triangles.
Each triangle slides from the first face's shape to the second's while the pixels cross-dissolve. Toggle Show mesh to watch it happen.
Rooms, streets and objects don't have landmarks, so four melt styles drag one image through the next along a drifting noise field instead.

The center twists open like a drain and pulls the next frame through.
Highlights go first, shadows last. Made for black & white.
The frame cracks into shards that flip one by one.
